Scroller Title test

The Goa College of Art, Altinho, Panaji in Goa is recognized as the only art institution in the State. Founded in the year 1972 by the Kala Academy, Panaji. It was taken over by the Government of Goa in June 1983. The college is presently under the Directorate of Technical Education, Porvorim. It is affiliated to the Goa University for a four year degree course in Bachelor of Fine Art, Painting and Bachelor of Fine Art, Applied Art.
