Allocated Seats: 1%
An applicant to be considered eligible under this Category must fulfil the following criterion:
1.Must be Son/daughter of Ex-Serviceman.
2.Passed Std.XIIth from Schools/Colleges in the State of Goa.
Seats reserved under this Category shall be filled up in following preferential Order:

Son/daughter of Ex-Serviceman, who or his spouse, or either of the grandparents of such candidate, must be born in Goa, provided the Ex-Serviceman is duly registered with the Department of Sainik Welfare, Government of Goa.

In case there are no eligible candidates or the seats remain vacant as per the conditions at (a) above, then, the seats will be offered to the candidates who are sons/daughters of Ex-Serviceman/widows registered with the Department of Sainik Welfare, Government of Goa for a minimum period of ten years.

In case there are no eligible candidates or the seats remain vacant as per conditions at (a) and (b) above, then, the seats will be offered to the candidates who are sons/daughters of Ex-Serviceman/widows registered with the Department of Sainik Welfare, Government of Goa for a minimum period of three years. In the above cases, candidates must submit Ex-Servicemen Certificate issued by the Department of Sainik Welfare, Government of Goa valid for the particular academic year for which the admission is sought.

In case, there are no eligible candidates or the seats remain vacant as per conditions at (a), (b) and (c), above, then, the seats shall be offered to the candidates who are sons/daughters of Ex-Serviceman across the Country.
Those applicants of this category who satisfy the eligibility criteria of General Category will be eligible for both the categories
